Brethren,

It’s been 21 years since I have written to you

from the East. A lot of great traditions have

continued since that time. The Chicken BBQ,

Children’s Christmas party, maintenance of our

beloved Lodge building and many others. In ad-

dition to the old traditions, we have started some

new and exciting traditions as well, like the Ham

& Pot Roast dinners, candidates and friends join-

ing us for dinner before our meetings, and our

ladies joining us at Blue Lodge Council, just to

name a few. But most importantly, the Brotherly

Love and Friendship shared at Wolcott Lodge.

I hope to continue the good work that has been

taking place at Wolcott over the past years and I

plan on bringing back a couple of items that

have been fun in the past like Pot Luck Dinners

and Game nights where the entire family and

friends are invited (and encouraged) to join in on

the fun.

I also plan to put on a Past Masters degree

with the Past Masters filling the chairs. This is

something that I participated in in the past, It’s

lots of fun but can be a challenge to pull off (but

I have full faith in the Wolcott Lodge PMs). If

you are a Past Master plan on being contacted by

me to participate when the time comes.

In closing, I would just like to say Thanks for

your vote of confidence and I hope you are all as

excited about 2012 as I am.
