Wolcott Lodge 60, Stafford Connecticut

As Connecticut Freemasons we embrace the tenets of Friendship, Morality and Brotherly Love. We do this by using the teachings of Freemasonry to better ourselves, our community and each other. At our lodge we make Masons and here at our website we show you our history, activities and schedule of future events.

The Masonic Fraternity does not invite anyone to become a member, instead we wait patiently for the special man to knock on our door and seek admittance. Perhaps your visit here is that "knock" on our outer door.Feel free to browse our site; investigate us and Freemasonry! See for yourself what we are doing here. We hope this site interests you into becoming a better man and joining the greatest and largest Fraternity in the world.

Wolcott Temple Corp. of Stafford

2010 Wolcott Temple Corporation of Stafford

WB Steven P. McMahon - President

WB Brian S. Newman - Vice President

Brother Michael Simmons - Secretary

Brother David A. Salsbury - Treasurer

Brother Avery L. Schold

Brother Eric Talamini

WB Mark J. Richens

The first meeting of the Wolcott Temple Corp. of Stafford for 2010 was held on 1/5/10.  The following subjects were the content of the meeting:

1)  David Salsbury presented the Treasurer’s report. The corporation’s check book’s current

balance as of January 5, 2010 was $1,642.14. It is important to note that $1,000.00 of that

amount is set aside for Safenet as voted by the brothers last year. All bills are paid through date.

A $392.25 quarterly insurance bill is due March 4, 2010.

2.)  Discussion ensued about the second floor lights and the rheostat that was determined to

be defective and apparently shorting out. Mike simmons indicated he would look into dimmer

switches as replacement for the rheostat. Mike Simmons informed the Board that he had

measured the entire building. Discussion ensued about work needed on the building including a

new front door with a lock so people could leave the building from the front. Kitchen

remodeling/storage was also discussed.

Next scheduled meeting is:  April 1, 2010
